how can i get 400 ft lbs of torque and 500 hp all between 2500 and 5500 rpms on my 408w without losing my good low end torque, 380ft lbs @3100, hp now is around 400@ flywheel,cam is hy roller 218 228 536 536 112, stealth, 750DP HP, 1\3\4 supercomps, sr heads cnc ported, matched to manifold, this car isnt a race car so maybe im asking to much for street, i'll take 450 to 475 instead, c-4 manual 11'' 2500 stall, will vic jr manifold be ok for street and port the heads, i dont know about n20 stuff, it would be cheaper but i like all motor, can i do it without losing my wallet?

That cam is tiny for 408 cubes.

I'd start with that, I'll bet there are several more ponies waiting to excape.
