Does anyone know for sure what the spring seat size is on a set of 1970 Windsor heads?
I think its is 1.4400....but I am not sure?
Will a 1.4600 K-Motion 800 series spring fit without having to cut the seats?
Thanks for any help.....
Mike

Yes Mike, it will fit the 351 seat without cutting.

Thanks for the info Alex. Is K-Motion a good choice in a spring? I am going from a Comp 305H to a Comp 306S and I have not heard good stories on the Comp springs. K-Motion seems to be a widely used company, so I was going to try them. Whats your opinoin?
Thanks
Mike

Never had any good luck with K-Motion personally. Both Mark Tallent and I have broken near new K-Motion springs.
Manley, Sig Erson, or Comp are my preferances in that order.
Do you have long valves? If so I would much rather see you with some Comp 999's than K-Motion.

A lot of my race buddies who used to use K Motions have also switched to something else. They were breaking them with great regularity.
