Alex what is the differance between a C8DP & a DODP7600A C-4.Got the engine and trans.(C-6)out for the winter anyway and mite as well get rid of another 50lbs.  ------------------

I can't tell anything by those numbers other than one is a 68 and the other is a 70 production. 
I would need more info like tag numbers.

Thanks Alex,Both trans.are on e-bay,rebuilt,same price.Actualy they are cheap enough for a mild performance upgrade project for this winter.Probably have to get a new ALU.driveshaft to go with it.+++++.So much for cheap.I think I'm going broke saving money.------------------
