There's several things you need to know before you can figure your compression ratio. What cc head you have, deck height, volume of one cylinder, head gasket thickness, and piston volume(dome piston, reliefs) You need to know all this before you can get an accurate comp. ratio.

items needed to figure compression are:

bore, stroke, if you have valve reliefs in piston, chamber volume, head gasket thickness.

NHRA shows the formula for CR as follows:

chamber volume cc's + gasket cc's + deck clearance cc's + (displacement x 2.0483) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
chamber volume cc's + gasket cc's + deck clearance cc's

(any of the numbers can be neagtive, such as deck clearance)

deck clearance = bore x bore x 12.87 x depth of deck clearance

volume of head gasket = bore x bore x 12.87 x thickness of head gasket

the last drive, I have a MSWorks spreed sheet setup for calculating compression ratios & CID's if you would like me to send it to you....

All you have to do is plug in the numbers you have and it does the rest.
