Well I'm back.!! Hello to all the new members
and a big howdy-do to everyone else..

I need info on pushrod length for my 351w.
I have a Doug herbert billet cam #CJH2
lift = .603-.604,,108 lobe,,
Crane roller rockers 1.6,,hyd.roller lifters.
My pushrods measure 7 15/16 and I can not start the nuts on the rockers unless I turn the engine to get the lobes to the low side.
And then there is not that much thread showing.

Any help on this one ????

Thanks,,,,,,,,perk

Also sounds like you need some longer rocker studs. Or you could take the studs you have and put some hardened washers under them to raise them up a bit, washers for head studs work good for that.

You won't need the washers with guide plates.
You DO need longer push rods if you cannot make contact with the rockers.
