Pre-1981 289 and 302 small blocks had a 28.2 oz-in balance factor. Post-1981 5.0 HO small blocks went to 50 oz-in. Did the non-5.0 HO small blocks also go to 50 oz-in?

Yes Dan, all 302's went to 50 oz as of 1982.
