I just go pulled over tonight by a city policeman. He told me that my Hoosier Quicktime Pros are NOT street legal. I reminded him that they are DOT legal. He said in Indiana, tires must have tread within 1 inch of the side wall. He was nice about it and didn't give me a ticket, but he said a state policeman probably would. Has anyone else heard of this.------------------ Ben Grabber Green '70 Mach I 351C 4V Robbin Egg Blue '79 Fairmont 351C 4V

same with M/T ET Streets... they are not street legal... the DOT numbers don't always make them legal for that, you still need to have sufficient tread.I think he showed you some favoritism since Indiana policemen may be partial to things called "Hoosier"
