You can tune the timing of the main circut wth the airbleeds, but it gets tricky, and I would be reluctant to use the bleeds to tune it this way. If you do, it will be the smaller of the airbleds which control the emusification of the fuel in the main well. Increasing their size will lean out the mixture. What do you have in their now?? 35s?? Another way to lean the part power throttle setting would be to replace the main jets with leaner ones, and then install a power valve with a higher setting. Therefore at WOT and high power settijngs drawing low vacuum, your mixture will be richer. I would try this before changing the timing of the main circut with air bleeds, because you may end up compensating for a lean off idle stumble.
