Sorry to post this question, but as the 'Technical Brain Teasers' forum is no longer, I need to ask the question.
In regards to Hooters Buffalo Wings, what hot sauce do they use(or can be substituted). I'm afraid I don't even remember who gave me this answer before so I can't ask them directly.

Thanks

Paul

actually thats not that hot, franks is pretty mild, if you wanna heat up the recipes try adding 2 teaspoons of cayenne!!! there is some fire!!!

easy recipe, I make it all the time, don't bread your wings just deep fry them, then in a separate pan heat up the sauce mentioned, once the wings are done dump them into a tupperware bowl, pour the sauce over the top, then shake it up.. OH REMEMBER TO PUT THE LID ON FIRST!

Hey Paul

Now this offer isn't to everyone, as I am not independantly wealthy but but partner for 8 years was manager for Hooter's, traveling all over setting up and getting them running. While he was here in Vancouver, he actually madea batch of their hotsauce for me and bottled it. I still have about 4 dozen of these bottles and am willing to send you 2 bottles if you like. The stuff is re-named "Sudsy's Fearless Gourmet Hot Sauce and Merinade" and the labels are strictly (for now) as a novelty. E-Mail me an address and I'll try to get it to you soon.

I don't have a bottle handy, but I am sure that Hooters somehow puts cheese flavor in the mix, maybe that powder that comes with Kraft macaroni and cheese?
