Could you recommend a spark plug for a street/strip 351C 4V running 10.8:1?------------------ Neal Member #723 [email protected] AIM: MrWesson22 69 Gulfstream Aqua Grande 351C/Toploader 4sp

Autolite 23, 24 or 25, depending on what your engine prefers. Trial and error. 25 is hotter, 23 is colder.

I like NGKs, a -6 is what I wouwd put in it. If thats too hot, a -7 is one colder, but its a fairly cold plug for a street car. (I run -8's in my racecar)

I don't know how well they would work in a street car, but I really like the Autolite AR25 racing plug. Similar to the regular Autolite 25, but has a back-cut center electrode and a nickel plated body. It was worth .05-.06 over the regular Autolite. Not much, but at $1.69 each (overnite order at Advance Auto chain) they are worth it.Later, David Cole

Well let's see now, you can get eight of us to give you eight different recomendations and them you could have eight different plugs in the engine. Wouldn't that be cool? I really appreciate it. Yeah, imagine that - people liking different brands. The world would be so much better if we all had the exact same taste (my taste of course) and drove the exact same car.

YES. But I don't think I'd want to use it. The std plug is a 42 a 52 is pretty hot.
