I don't recall what he said about the intakes, but for the exhaust it's damn hard to get 200cfm. Of course you know they are 1970 heads off a lincoln. Don't know what they're worth but I would hold on to them, a lot of bracket racers are going to the 429/460 engine to race and these heads will get even more popular.
