I just called Bassani looking for a 3" X-pipe for my exhaust and they wanted $135. Are there any cheaper options out there? Could I make it myself if I had a tube bender and a welder (which I do)? If I do build it myself what would be a good radius bend to make? Thanks for the help.

There is a cheaper option. I used a FlowTech 3" Universal X pipe that I had my local muffler shop weld in. I ordered mine from Summit for about $35.00 plus shipping. The part # is BIG-53621. They had to cut a little off the ends to make it fit, but I am real happy with it.

Hope this helps
