which carb is better over all for street/strip holley 750 double pumper, or the speed demon 750 let me know what you think, thanks a lot

You should know that the Speed demon carbs flow more air than their rating. The speed demon 750 will flow in the 810 or so range.
They are called 750s because they have the same butterfly size as the holley 750.
This is one of the reasons you keep seeing 750 demons on 460s and 454s in Hot Rod ragazine.
The speed demon 650 would work better for your application. Or even the Road demon.

I don't think that either is really well suited to your combination. TO much carb for not enough motor. One of the 600 4150 Holley's that we have for sale on the classifieds would be a far better choice at this time.
