I'm curious about something: When I see listings for SVO cranks with 2.75 mains, what is the difference between those and 351C cranks? Is it the snout ring? Are there other differences? Thanks for whatever insight anyone can provide...

The SVO cranks have a windsor snout.
It does not have the ring. You have to buy the SVO snout ring to use SVO cranks in a Clev. No big deal actually.
