Does anybody happen to know the PN for the Rancho 9000 shocks that are being used on '67 Mustangs? They seem to be about the most affordable rear shocks with a good range of adjustment. Does anybody have some experience with them and would they be a good investment? Currently I have some gabriel HD gas shocks on the car. I've got my 60' time down to 1.66 but I need to get it better to reach 7.0's in the 1/8. I think having some adjustment for the rear suspension may let me tune out some of the hit. I'm also working on the front. Replacing the front springs with 6 cyl. springs. Are there any tricks to freeing up the upper A-arm and the lower control arm? Already removed the sway bar and have 90/10's. Later!!! ------------------ James 67 Coupe 393, AFR 185, 4 Speed, 4.11 9 inch 7.60 @ 94MPH 1/8 1.80 60'(Next Project)

James,The gas shocks gotta go. The Ranchos work great, although you can set them way too stiff. Try them on '2' the first time out then adjust from there. Good luck, SteveW

James,I hope you appreciate that I had to crawl under the car to get the # for you. You owe me a paper towel, or at least a report on how they worked for you!
