Hey.. My friend wants me to install a tach on his truck.I need a little clarification... On the back is 3 leads right? Where do they all go again?

hi tyler, probably the red to a hot wire controlled by the ign. switch. black to ground. green to coil. if you have a white one, it is probably the light and can be hooked to the red one. notice i said probably. good luck------------------ mike r racing is real everything else is just a game. 81 capri-7.56 @88mph 1/8 1.56 60 ft. Tyler do you mean which side of the coil does the green wire go on? If so, the negative (-) side.Steve
