Make sure your compressed air supply is DRY DRY DRY. Moisture will cause rapid consumption of tips.Read the owners manual for the rest. They are really straight forward and fun to boot! Phil

I second that...dry,dry air..Contrary to what you see the yahoo's on Discovery channel do.Wear Goggles/tinted shield or your helmut turned down to around 5,and wear some sort of gloves.. Make sure there is nothing you value under or behind what you are cutting..A thin piece of alluminum makes a good shield...
