It appears my little cheap battery charger is not working properly. Since the racecar needs something that can put a charge in it quickly, I need a new one and need some advice as to what is the correct size to buy, and what it just overkill.
Since I don't know much about them, I need some advice.

No such thing as overkill!

I have a Schumacher 2/20/200 Amp that seems pretty good. I like the 200 Amp jump start feature.
