A co-worker is selling this. I might jump on it...Lincoln AC225c
Designed for hobby and general home use. Max Output 225 amps. Duty Cycle Rated 20 Max 10 Like new, Never Used. Comes with helmet & sticks. --$80 I thought I might put it before the panel for some opinions.

Seems like a nice unit:http://www.mylincolnelectric.com/Catalog/equipmentdatasheet.asp?p=2492 Expect the helmet it comes with to be a toy. I bought a similar unit and the helmet is just barely good enough for a bystander to watch you, you certainly wouldn't want to use it while welding, you have to hold it to your face.  I wish I never bought my stick welder, actually, I wish I just got a MIG welder in the first place. ------------------

thats not a bad price but you will not be doing baody panels with that one.That welder is for heavy iron like tractors and frames..the mig is better or a tig is even better.sorry steve lol..Bruce
