I'm thinking of picking up a side cabinet like this one to hang on the side of my box: This one is listed as $199, but I swear I saw virtually the same thing in the store for $79 or so. Seems like a good way to pick up some tool storage. You NEVER have enough of that! If they are all around $200, I'll probably just buy another cabinet. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150

I just bought a new side cab for on my box at work. Snap-On of course, looks like similar size to what you're looking at. I pad $600 Canadian for it.....whatever that is in US dollars...about 3 I think It sure is nice having the extra room.

I got the ball-bearing one for around $250 on sale. It rocks! Yeah, it's pretty expensive. But the non-ball bearing one is sometimes on sale for #179. If you think about it, it takes just as much work to build a side box as a whole cabinet, just less material. What I like about it is -The big bottom drawer- I've got my big vacuum pump in there, plus more AC tools and the more weight you put in the smoother it slides! -It can be moved! I have had it on the side of a bench, on either side of my toolbox, I love being able to configure it to suit my tastes. Plus, my box is not BB now, but I intend to upgrade one day- keeping my BB side box. ------------------ -Charlie Ping 1970 Maverick Grabber [email protected] with AC and overdrive. http://www.maverickgrabber.com

I have a great work bench. It's 3' x 6' and you could park a semi on it.------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150

THAT'S a $200 box. The drawers are the key. The $79 ones are usually just a box with a door, no drawers. A middle of the road one will have a door and three or four small drawers in the top half. I had one of these and didn't find it that useful. The one pictured looks like the one I'll be buying next.(After I get the Sears card paid down a bit)I like that one.
