Or do you just sharpen them on the bench grinder like I do?------------------

I've used the "Drill Doctor". works pretty good, but I could buy a lot of new bits for the price they sell for......

I was just thinking about the Drill Doctor. Is it really any good? It sells for like $60 right?

Yeah, $60-90 I think. Maybe I'll just keep hand sharpening them. Gadgets really take up space. I was just wondering if anyone had rave reviews. ------------------

I do mine with a bench grinder but sometimes it's hard to get the right angle on the bit while grinding.

I prefer the tried and true bench grinder method. I have a "drill point guage" that I bought from MSC Industrial Supply(800.645.7270) for about $15.00. This will help you get the point angle correct AND keep the point centered so that the drill cuts on size. I tested a Drill Doctor a couple years ago. YUK.Dave
