I have to pull my motor apart this spring to file the top ring gap. While I'm in there I might go with a little more cam and a specialty cam to bleed off some of the cylinder pressure down low so that it will run on pump gas. I have a comp cams xe268-h cam and lifter set in there now. I may be looking to sell the cam, lifters, valve springs, retainers, and locks all in one package deal. They only have 600 miles on them. It will not float the valves at the 6,500 redline I have set for it. The springs are rated at 125 seat pressure and 275 open with a 1.800 installed height. The cam specs are 110 lsa, 224,230 duration at .050, and .509,.512 lift. It ran good in my car, but I may go solid and try to bleed off some cylinder pressure so I can run on pump gas with the compression ratio I have. E-mail me at [email protected] if interested and make me an offer as I don't know what this stuff is all worth. Ibought it all in an engine kit and don't know what it costs by itself. I will not be able to pull it out for a couple of months though.------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 600 holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, Comp cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 11:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 2.79 open 8" rear. Be sure you keep the lifters indexed to the lobes they broke in to, or you'll have to toss them.------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 351C 4V/FMX/3.25 Open '70 Mustang Convertible 250 I6/3 speed/2.79 Open '72 Mustang Sprint Hardtop 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Loc '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip

ya, I'll keep it all seperated so that it can be put back with the lifters on the same lobe. I'm Pretty sure that I am going to change it, so make me an offer if you are interested indyphil. I really need to sell this one so that I can fund a new one. It would probably come with springs also, and maybe retainers and locks depending on what the new cam takes.------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 600 holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, Comp cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 11:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 2.79 open 8" rear. I can't say for sure, but I am running kb116 dome pistons and I didn't have a problem with piston to valve clearance with those.------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 600 holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, Comp cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 2.79 open 8" rear. I don't know for sure, it will be before april though, but if you want to work out some sort of deal we can probably do that. Right now I am rebuilding a 3800 for a friends 96 bonneville, but when that's done I plan to pull the motor at my Grandpa's where it is stored and haul it home and pull it apart. So I will say I should have it apart in 2 weeks to a month.------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 600 holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, Comp cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 2.79 open 8" rear. I was planning on selling the whole works as a kit. With the springs retainers and locks. I think that the spring kit was $100, so I was thinking that about 200 or in that range, for it all would be in line. I haven't really decided yet. What do you think? Let me know whether or not you want to me to check on shipping. I really need to ask this much because it is barely used and it is the only way I can afford to do it again. Thanks Brandon.------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 600 holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, Comp cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 2.79 open 8" rear. Dubz, you must be looking at the cca-sk31-242-3 kit, which straight from comps website includes: All SK-Kits Include: Cam, Lifters, Timing Chain set, Comp Cams Assembly Lube, Decals, and Instructions. The k kit would be everything I'm selling, besides the timing chain and valve seals. That lists for 340 at summit.------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 600 holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, Comp cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 2.79 open 8" rear. Dubz they want $40-$60 or so to ship it. Let me know what you want to do.
