What year and type 302? Is it a roller?
If not you can't beat a 270H.

M.M. What can you do on an XE262H cam with lifters, and a set of Pro-Magnum roller rockers for a '67 289 V-8?
Will I need taller valve covers and threaded studs for the rockers? Charlie

Hey Alex
I need a cam & lifters for the 351w going into the 66 stang. Right now it has a comp 280 but this is going to be a daily driver for my wife so I want to tame it down. Its a fresh 69 2bbl motor with stock pistons but has been converted to fms roller rockers and stubs/guideplates. I have shorty headers and a dual plane weinlan(spelling?) manifold and 600 holley. The trans will be an AOD and a 3:73 posi 9". What cam would you recommend?

Hey Alex, I need a cam recomendation and a price of said cam.

I "will eventualy" have a:
5.0 roller 302
Hydraulic lifters
Hooker Super Comps
Edelbrock Air Gap with 750 CFM carb
either AFR 185 or, Roush 200 heads with some work (any recomends here would be good too)
going for 9.5:1 or 10:1 compresion
slightly heavier then usual 65 stang chassis
3.50 gears with the Tremec 5spd
uses will be Autocross (read wide power band)street/strip type deal.
Would like a good amount of torque and HP 375ish for both? dono if that is realistic?

Got a cam for all that? lol

Thanks
