If you purchase something, be aware that if you do not receive an item you have paid for, you can contact your local post office and ask for help from the postmaster. Using the mail for purpose of fraud is a Federal offense, and is serious business.

If you sell something, be sure to insure it against loss and keep receipts in case something happens to the item in shipping. If it's lost or damaged, you owe the purchaser a refund.

This is all basic common sense, and that goes a long way.
