Adds approx 2 quarts to the capacity of the C4 pan. Has drain plug and fits the panfill casses. Can be plugged and used with a case fill transmission also. Uses the C4 4x4 filter, not include but does include the bolts and gasket.$100 plus shipping from zip 35405. ------------------
