Brand new, comes with chrome caps and screws at corners. Still in box it was shipped in. Bought for a customer and he backed out. $250 new, will let go for 200 .My loss is your gain.
Im in Blacksburg,VA,24060, but will be back in the DC metro area around may 10, 22191.
