I'm looking for a set of older style torque thrust wheels sized 15 X 7 that were made to accept the washer and shank lug nuts. If anyone knows of anyone that has some please let then know I would like to purchase them. Thanks very much. Sandy

I have three I think. They are the type that you want but I have to double check and see if they are 14 or 15 inch. Steve had some pictures of them from an old add a while ago. They are mounted on snow tires. If Shelbyman doesnt want them, will you part with ONE? I need a spare! Do they look like the ones here? http://briefcase.yahoo.com/keahi73 (look under the folder Elvis-Our 68 Mustang Fastback...there is a shot of the rims only.) They are on The Junkyard Dog right now, and if I can find a suitable replacement, I may part with mine. (Shot of them on the car under the link in my sig.) BTW.They are 15x7 however, they would not fit on my 66 due to backspacing, but fit fine on the 68.------------------ 68 Mustang Fastback GT 68 Mustang Fastback **FOR SALE** 66 Mustang Coupe 55 Ford F100 Pictures of the new project! The only wheel pics that I can find are of American polished 200s's. Those are not the style that I have. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator/ non 65-66 Mustang owner sensitivity co-ordinator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00, '01, & '02 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Part time secret agent license #0089 US Class Nationals link

Which older Torq Thrusts are you referring to? The Torq Thrust D that was made until about two years ago or the original Torq Thrust (no D) that was made in the 60's? Are you looking for these? They're readily available anywhere in many sizes. On 15s, you can get 4.5, 6, 7, 8.5, or 10. I have them on my 69 -- 15x7 with a 225/60 in the front, 15x8.5 with a 275/60 in the rear. ------------------ Neal Member #723 [email protected] AIM: MrWesson22 69 Gulfstream Aqua Grande 351C/Toploader 4sp

65mustang, WOW, has it been two months already? The wheels pictured are 60's issue 15"x8-1/2" REAL American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. Nobody today makes a wheel that looks exactly like those. Quite a few comanies made look-alikes back in the 60's and early 70's. The best looking copy was made by Appliance (or AP wheels). They show up on eBay from time to time.Tracy
