My cam pulls 15" at idle so I was thinking of either one of these options.

What are the pros & con and in what case should they be used respectively ?

Thanks

You dont really need either one of them if you have 15 inches of vacumn at an idle..

But....if you must,My choice would be a tank.Nothing wrong with 15 inches at an idle.

You are probably right, I just looked up the specs and the pump is set up to trigger @ vaccum level below 14" I was more used to 20" or so

I have a CompCams XE262H in my 351w and i too am pulling 15" at idle. I have power brakes and air conditioning and have no problems with them working. Keep in mind that when driving the vacuum goes back up to around 20". Cars with A/C (at least 69/70 mustangs) have a small vacuum canister mounted in the rear passenger inner fender near the hood hinge. Not sure how much it actually helps but just an idea.
