Hi all. I'm considering getting a Marti report. Is this worth the money? I do not have the proper door tag (drivers side door isn't the original ). I probably just answered my own question but any input is appreciated.

Do you have the VIN number, that how Kevin runs the Report and Yes it is worth the money.
You didn't say what year Mustang you owned, keep in mind the Reports are for 1967 and up.

Yes Sam I have the VIN number and it's a'67. It's a convertable, and I believe a sport sprint. The reason I asked is because this is becoming a money pit (I think it's worth it)but with a newborn the wife is having 2nd thoughts. Thanks for responding!!!

convertibles are almost always worth it, and the minor expense of a marti report will give you peace of mind about the car and verify its original configuration.

Well worth the money. My J code 68 fastback had no engine or transmission and no interior and primer paint and no door tag when I bought it. Guy handed me the instrument panel with 8000 rpm tach that went with the car that he kept inside lest somebody steal it.

Marti report told me everything the car came with, including the special order tach, console and traction lok rear which I would never have guessed. I also had him punch a new door tag for me while he was at it. Both were well worth the expense.

I agree well worth the money. I bought the deluxe report but I think I should have bought the Elite report it has more facts about the car.
