Standard Halogen bulb is 35 watts. New replacement bulbs (per NPD) are 55 watt. I would guess the fogs are around the same.

A 6014 sealed beam headlight has 55 watts on low beam and 60 watts on high beam. You can buy a halogen headlight with a replaceable bulb (H4) that has the same wattage. I did this and have not added the relay kit that everyone claims you must have. Since the wattage of the 6014 and H4 bulbs are the same there is no added strain on the circuit breaker in the headlight switch.

Admittedly, if the wiring and switch were in poor or questionable condition there might be some valid reasons for adding a relay. With the deterioration of the wiring, higher resistance in connectors the voltage at the bulbs may be less than in a new car. I replaced the wiring and switch while doing my restoration and with the engine running have 14 + volts at the headlight connectors. While go thru the expense and wiring of the relays when there is no need?

The Fog lights were 35W as stated.
