Does anyone have a method of bleeding air out of the lines going to and from the power roof pump?
I've tried running the fluid out of the t-plugs but all I get is a mess and more air bubbles.
Thanks.

Ken,
It's a self-bleeding system.
As you cycle the top up and down, fluid gets pushed out to the cylinders and then returns to the pump. The bubbles work themselves out of the system. If I recall, Ford suggests cycling the top up and down about 4-5 times.
