I have a 65 200 with all drums what would I have to do to install front discs?

You have several options.

On my 65 I bought a set of 65-66 spindles at a swap meet and bought the SSBC "updated/improved" disc brake kit (A120D) with the duel master cylinder reservoir (1967 style). Was an easy swap, probably one of my favorite improvements on the whole car!

Other options are swaping brakes from different year cars, other guys that have done that will be able to comment there....
