I have a 4 on 5 setup right now I have 5 lugs on the rear (which were that way when I bought them) and I was wondering what would I have to do to switch the front ones to 5's ?

If you need spindles try A-1 in Ogden. A fair amount of Granadas, Monarchs and Versailles go through Pick N Pull in SLC.
