Sorry for the delay in response. They're not rivits, I can't think off hand what they're called. But they do have to be drilled out. My mind went blank on me for what they're called. It takes a special tool to install them that shrooms out the head. I didn't have that tool so I actually used rivits what I did though, from the outside I used my rivit gun and spaced it out a good ways using small nuts so I could push the rivits in just deep enough to grab hold of the rubber division bar. Then snipped them off flush. But afterwards I did use a punch to shroom the heads out a bit, otherwise I wasn't able to get the outside of the window frame to sit flush inside the vent window.Hope this made sense if not let me know. I just got home from work and about to crash. But if I confused you on anything let me know and I can clarify before I go back to work tonight. Good luck! Luke

I think after I get those screws or rivits out I will simply just glue in division bar into place., I don't have all the tools necessary to rivit ..... maybe the Ford body shop could lend a hand... I wish there were a more simple way to replace this Div. bar strip HELP ANYONE.....
