Geez, I didn't realize that the Dreamcar Garage segments were already hitting the airwaves. I'll be on there all season. Hope I look o.k., as they hit me with a bunch of questions I was completely unprepared for. I know my way around a restoration, but I never pretended to be a chassis engineer for a Trans Am team. LOL. Look for me on the 2005 season of My Classic Car, I'm all over the place there. I'm pitching product in three Eastwood Garage segments, and there's an episode dedicated to some cars in our collection (kind of a "walk through time" tracking styling evolution from the 20's through the 70's, a very LOOSE evolution), and the finale is a drive in our unrestored original '71 Buick "Boattail" Riviera. One of those models that you rarely see in any kind of decent condition anymore, and that looks better today than it really did when new. Ahead of its time I suppose. It's one of Dennis's favorite cars in our collection, and he's been trying to fit it into an episode for three years now!! (previous attempts foiled by rain and/or time constraints).Of course my goal is to swill steroids, grow a goofy menacing mustache, and retire from selling parts so that I can bitch nonstop for one half-hour a week on T.V..!!! "Star"..... LOL!!! It's a relative term guys, believe me, the sets of these shows are like a, a camera dude, a sound dude, and the host, and a box of donuts behind the camera on the tailgate of a truck.
