I finally am far enough along to share some photos of my project.

http://www.cardomain.com/id/66hertzclone

I hope to be able to start working on it again soon, next week the body shop will have finished the last of their work. I can then start getting the interior put back together again. With any luck I will be driving it by the end of May.

Let me know what you guys think of it please.

Excellent job, on the car, and info. Can't wait to see it completed. May be a dumb one, but are the stripes going back on with the new paint???

The photos on the second page are of the car after paint. The rocker stripes are decals but the other ones are painted on.

Yes, it was blasted clean and started all over from scratch. I had the underside finished off also, all black, used the same black as the was used for the engine compartment. I intend to apply some 3M body shutz to the rear wheels wells, this should cut down the noise and probable chips in the paint.

There are a lot of photos of the body work here

Look at the work in progress photos.

Jeff,
Nice website and it's gonna be an AWESOME car. It gave me goose bumps to see the pictures you have so far. It took me back to when I was doing the same stuff with my 65 fastback.
You are going the 1st class route and the first time you go out and nail it, you will know that it paid off. So Sweet, when you actually get it on the road. I look forward to seeing more pics as the car progresses. IT'S GONNA BE AWESOME!!!

Thank you very much for the recognition. I can't wait to get it on a chassis dyno and find out what kind of power I am putting to the ground.
