i have it , it stops about 85 % of the water in my 66 the rest comes in all the other holes leading into the cowl. wiper arm holes and such. it is good to keep trash and dirt out. i concider mine a good investment. there are different versions too. another bad thing is during the winter it inhibits air for the heater. defrosters dont always work so good. and since you usually need them when it rains or snows (the defrosters) and thats the precipitation your trying to stop it is one problem leading into another.------------------ 1966 mustang coupe 200ci, V8 3 speed trans msd 6a ignition, blaster 2 coil, pertronix, 2 inch exhaust to a glass pac, stock rear,I have the single out header not on yet though, and i have the parts for the ram air intake (homemade). white w/ black interior

Uhhhh, what's a heater?....lol. yeah, not many frosty windshields down here in the winter. It's the 50 inches of rain, and being 30 miles from the salty Gulf of Mexico that is the downfall of the beloved Mustangs around here.

I have had one for years. Even used it in North Dakota while I was there to keep the snow out.

Make some templates out of manila folder, etc. of each vent so that they would fit flush.Take them to a sign co. and get a couple of magnetic covers made.

You can buy magnetic cowl covers now. I don't remember who makes them, but they are available. Dave & Terri ------------------ '65 Mustang Fastback '02 Explorer XLT I don't suffer from insanity. I have one with the foam seal and the twist knobs to hold it on. worked great for keeping out the cold air in those Missouri winters. Maybe I just need a new vent for the drivers side. ------------------ 1968 Fastback, 302, 5 speed.
