where they available on a -71 Mustang with Discs front, Drums rear? I guess what i would like to know is this,are there oem parts that i could put on my car to convert it to non power brakes?
If not what are my options?

Can't see why not. The 75 Granada swap I did used a non-PB master cylinder. I sure earlier cars should have that "down grade" option.
