Hi all,My front bumper has good chrome but lots of little swirls and light scratches. I was thinking of using a buffing wheel and rubbing compound to try and clean it up. Has anyone done this or have a better suggestion ? Also, thanks to those who suggested using Pinesol to remove black paint specs from my gauge lenses. A couple of hours with a film of Pinesol on the lense and the spots washed off with water - worked Great ! Thanks, John.

I can't think of what its called, I used it all the time when I washed my boss' F250, It was a white bottle about the size of a pint, with a red label wrapped around the outside of it and a red cap as well, you rubbed it on, with a cloth and let it haze over and buffed it with a lil elbow grease and man it'd bring anything back to money. It may of been what Steves talkin' about not sure though.. some type of chrome polish it was. Used it on his exhaust pipes even and it'd bring them back.
