Ok, I've searched the archives but haven't had any luck, so here goes. My speedo reads about 7 mph faster than I'm actually doing. My rear tires are p175/75/14. Are those too tall? and would that cause the speedo reading to be too high? Would I be better to go with maybe 215/60/14? Thanks for your time.------------------ "I started with nothing, and I still have most of it left" http://webpages.charter.net/adragon8u/mystang

Unless you want to (or need!) to change your tire height you could always change your speedo gear which is fairly easy to do, and a whole lot cheaper.

At the trans you have to remove the speed-o cable from the trans.------------------ SCOOP oddly obsessed with big scoops on little Mustangs 65 coupe,351w,C4,Big Boss 429 hood scoop,8" 3.40 TracLoc. My Pics
