Heres how I did mine. I pulled the glass because thats the only way to do it in a classic mustang that I know of. But if they leak anyway just replace them yourself, its not that tough you need a tool, rope and some glazing putty. Its not tough and if you want a little more detailed description of how its done email me. Mine turned out pretty well for a 15 (at the time) yearold kid and his dad and neither of us new what we are doing.

Have the front and rear window removed (you said they were under warranty), then install your new headliner making sure that you have pulled it tight and have the bows in the correct position and in the correct holes on the interior of your roof. Make sure that the headliner has been pulled tight and is in a tight even position in relation to both the front and back window and that you have trimmed the headliner so that it does not interfere with the re-installation of your windows. Once the windows are put back in, put your wind-lace back and you are ready to rock and roll.------------------ JOHN 65 FASTBACK 2+2.....14.44 @ 107mph 1/4 87 TAURUS WAGON 03 F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4 SHORT BOX Member:Vancouver Island Mustang Association M&M #1710 65 FASTBACK 2003 F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4

I noticed no one has mentioned the possibility of your water leaks coming from somewhere else. Most common source is the cowl vent area. Even if you have a cowl cover, water can get in past the wipers.Definately pull and wrap the headliner around the pinchweld frame of the windshield and back glass.

yes i know all about the cowls... i have my own plans for those pains in the a$$es during the summer. i purchased the repair cowl "hats" my plan is to pompletely remove the old metal hat on both sides then i am gonna clean up what i can inside fix any holes and then por15 the hell out of it. then i will intall the plastic hats and be on my way . but i think this is what im gonna do with the liner. im going to install it take it to the window shop let them take out the windows and then reinstall the liner a bit tighter while putting the windows back in. i hope this little plan will work. i gonna ask the guys at the window place to so. maybe if i give them a couple bucks theyll put it in or something. since they were supposed to fix the window in the first palce------------------ 1966 mustang coupe 200ci 3 speed tranny msd 6a ignition, blaster 2 coil, 2 inch exhaust to a glass pac, stock rear, coming soon single out header, and cold air intake (homemade). white w/ black interior
