Hypereutectic pistons or cast pistons ??

I am putting in a 270S COMP Cam with Windsor Jr. heads, RPM intake with 600cfm Holley,C4.

I hear the hypereutectic pistons come apart with even moderate detonation and break like glass, should this concern me ??
