anybody use it? i was thinking about using it on my car like the back window and the back seat windows? nothing super dark but somthing that looks nice. anybody have any feeling on the do it yourself stuff?------------------ 1966 mustang coupe 200ci 3 speed tranny msd 6a ignition, blaster 2 coil, 2 inch exhaust to a glass pac, stock rear, single out header, cold air intake (homemade). white w/ black interior

Have been putting it on cars for years. Never done a stang but am going to. Have it done by a pro. It will last for years with simple care. Have had it for 5 years each on a couple vans. Have dark tint on my current car. It looks good and offers privacy. Don't know your laws but check them first. Funny! I had factory smoked dark glass on a Dodge van and the cop gave me a ticket! Produced the window sticker and his shift commander made him void the ticket.

I agree with mellow, if you've never done it before your chance of having bubbles is greatly increased. And if you go somewhere to have it done, they SHOULD be able to give you an idea of what the laws are in your state about the tinting.

Brian, the back window on my yellow coupe was tinted lime black. Looks good but a little tough to see out of at night. Was fine while I was living in Florida though. You can take a look at it this weekend, I;m planning on having the motor out by Saturday night. You can pick it up on Sunday if you like.Ken

Just check State and local laws..In Va go too dark and your screwed We have to use a VADOT approved aftermarket tint.

well im only going like 10% or something not to dark. just enough to stop some truck lights coming in and blinding. and for looks so. oh yea ken i probably wont be able to pick up the motor this weekend. im not in a hurry so if you want to wait longer then thats ok. i got laid off from my work so i dont have alot of money to spend but i am in search for a new job but i sent out my tax return 2 weeks ago and im hoping to get the check in about 2 weeks and that money is what i was planning on buying the motor with to begin with. if this is all o with you i know you want to put the 8 in your wifes car. also if you would like some help? im willing since i barly work now.------------------ 1966 mustang coupe 200ci 3 speed tranny msd 6a ignition, blaster 2 coil, 2 inch exhaust to a glass pac, stock rear,coming soon single out header,and cold air intake (homemade). white w/ black interior
