I just got off the phone with a young guy from NPD. He did a great job and was real helpful. He sure did make it easy to spend my money.
I got a new a high efficiency 3+ row radiator, they claim it cools better then any other they sale. I hope they are right.

How does NPD prices compare? I've never really checked 'em out or anything.

The prices seemed in line if not alittle better then most. And if you order more then $300 you get free shipping. Not a lot on UPS orders but it all helps.

I made the mistake of ordering from someone other than NPD once. Never again! The service, selection and prices will bring you back again and again.

Hey Bill, I wonder how many other cars are "owned" by NPD? LOL!

Frankly speaking, about a year ago I ordered about 40 parts from NPD. 38 or so of the parts were superb. Two were nonsense, and I've never used them. They were the rubber (the NPD product was foam) seal for 67/8 heater hoses at the firewall, and the other was the same seal for the AC condenser hose at the radiator support. Also, the shipping cost was significantly higher than I had been quoted.
I lodged my complaint through the right channels. I never returned the parts for a refund 'cos it wouldn't be worth it from the Philippines.

They are great...very professional! I try and buy from places in Canada (shipping costs) if I can but for those items that are hard to get here, I only use NPD.
