When doing the I6 swap to a V8 swap in a 65 (Non power steering), what steering compents are a must to change? Or which ones should be changed?

Steering knuckles
inner tie rods
outer tie rods
adjusting sleeves
drag link {aka center link}
idler arm
pittman arm

That should cover it. All the V8 parts are much meatier.

Do they have to be replaced? Theres a couple items on E-bay going off pretty soon that I'm going to be watching but moneys tight and if they don't need to be replaced then that'd be great.

They really should be, they are marginal with the 6 cylinder, nevermind a V8.
