Is there a roller timing chain available for the Hipo that can be used with the counterweight? Thanks,

Not for 20 years.
Cloyes long discontinued it.
You can use a regular 3120 set, turn down the crank gear, and drill a pilot hole for the roll pin. I have machined dozens of them.

Is there any advantage of the roller over the original style? I have a new OEM style timing set, but would consider a roller chain, if they last longer (less stretch) than the OEM style. If you can machine the crank sprocket for a roller, can I also assume that you can machine the sprocket for the OEM style?

Do you have any preference for the cam sprocket? Metal over nylon?

Thanks for your help on this one too.

Standard keeps tension longer.
Nylon is most accurate at the cost of premature wear.
Roller is strongest.
I see no advantage using a roller on a stock rebuild for a show car Hipo.
