Unless you are worried about the car being exact, like if you were showing the car I would not bother with the original part number moulded heater hose. Some simple 5/8s heater hose will work fine and this will bend in any direction so you don't need a moulded hose. You'll end up paying a for more than the moulded heater is actualy worth if you go with it. I too was worried about getting the original moulded hose with my car when my heater hose blew but the 5/8s modern heater hose works great and looks as good as orginal
