End of last week I got an e-mail form an owner of a 1968 Mustang Cardinal Special.
Attached was a Newspaper ad from local Ford dealer announcing the Cardinal Special.

Cool! I have dial up and it loaded pretty quick. Notice it says 200cu in and wheel covers, but it shows the V8 GT wheels! LOL

yea,neat huh,,Ford was in need of sales..better for them if you walked in and said you wanted one "just like in the newspaper"

I gotta pass the thanks along to the nice people who send in infomation on their cars and allow me to post it on the site.And if you can keep a secret,don't tell anyone now, But Jim Smart did e-mail me about the Cardinal Special and ask for Photos, I forward the e-mail to Frank who owns the 68 and he has been in touch with Mr Smart so maybe will see something in print one day

Bowditch and Thompson Fords are still in business yes? I used to live in Va. Beach up till 2000.------------------

68 S-code GT,Yes please when time allow you to do so..great addition..yes both are still going strong,in fact I good friends with the New Vehicle Manager at Bowditch.
