oh my god, expensive as hell. well today i got my weatehrstripping replaced front and back window. took four hours and the total price was 265 dollars. and i gave him the stripping. i ordered clips and they sent me 12 i needed a total of 44 for the molding. but i will tell you what if it doesnt leak then i will be happy bc it looks good already he did an amazing job (bens auto glass in bristol pa) but i just wanted to see if this was a high price or what?

It sounds a little high to me, but depends what all he did. I took out my windows and the old weatherstripping. Removed all the old clips, cleaned everything good and installed the new clips myself. Then I had the glass company come out. After looking the windshield over closely (7 chips in it)we replaced it with a new one. So, reinstall rear window and install new front windshield $300.00, Including the cost of the new windshield. well he replaced the weatherstripping, pulled out both windows replaced all clips cleaned the metal primed it sealed it put the molding back in . but he did a very good job looks great and i have a 1 year warrenty. so im happy
