I was kind of wanting to go with some 15x7's but will that be too wide all around? Could i possibly fit the 15x7's in the back?

One more thing... if i got 14's could i get the wider like a 14x7? thank you so much for your help.

I ran 14x7 front and 14x8 rear crager SS rims on 65 for years. The 4.25 backspacing seemed to fit the best for me.

It depends on which year Mustang you have. 15x7s are small on my '72, for example.

The 15 x 7's will fit if you use a low enough profile tire. The backspacing will need to be 4 inches. 225/65/15's will fit with no issues on a 7 inch wide wheel. At least this is the case for a 69 and I'm not sure what model you have. There's quite a few threads on tire and wheel size with tons of good info.

I have a 1966 coupe with the 8-inch rear end and front disc brakes from a Ford grenada.
